I have been twice and both times saw Jackie. She is seriously good at what she does. Both haircuts (2 very different styles) were exactly what I wanted. She listened to my input and executed the haircuts just the way I had hoped. She worked quickly too, which is great since I had a toddler in tow. I really can't say enough. Super happy to have found her!

I have stuck with this place for the past almost 10 years, I think that says a lot. The kids & I really like everyone here.
2017 Update: Although when the kids and I loved all the people here, I had to find another place when the kids started complaining that the smocks were not clean and carried hair from previous customers. I initially ignored, but then experienced that myself.
I hope that it was a temporary thing there but since another discount haircut place opened closer to our home, we probably will not go to this Meriden location.

I have been going there for years ,never had a bad perm and hair cut. Jackie she does what I want.

Nice bunch of ladies, always nice to get my haircut and chat about the current events. The cost is reasonable and the waitress is usually short.
