Very racist shop owner told a customer to "go back to Haiti" because she asked him to make a simple correction because of error on his part.

I went here once before and they did amazing but the second time around, I wanted coffin tip, with a simple design, white with matte. They were done horribly. You couldn't tell if they were coffin tip, square or round and she only did one coat of paint so of course you could see the nail beneath, it was all blotchy and looked bad. I went back in with the up most respect and was completely polite about how they looked and yes they did re do them but not without scoffing and laughing at me when I first got there. Gauked at and stared down by the lady's husband and a comment made "see you tomorrow" when I left. Not one ounce of disrespect out of me but was made to feel completely uncomfortable. I appreciate who re did my nails but the customer service I received without an ounce of rudeness out of me was outrageous and rude. Will not go back.

I have had the hardest time finding a nail salon that I personally love the work being new here. I could NOT be happier with the way my nails turn out EVERYTIME! I don't think they're rude at all. I think people misunderstand them and their way of communication because I've had nothing but a pleasant experience there! Can't wait to go tomorrow to get a new color of Mylar! They have endless options from gel, S&S to acrylic! Love love love!

Sadly, it was terrible. I am from out of town and went in for a nail repair. When I mentioned to the nail tech that the nail he was repairing didn’t match the shape and length of my other nails.......he said, “go back to Michigan if you want them to match”. I was disappointed and embarrassed with his outburst. The whole shop could hear him. I would have thought it was a given that my repaired nail would match my other nine.

Got my nails done there and within a week had three broken nails. I am thinking I should try another place.
