Crystal is the most amazing nail technician I have ever encountered. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Her customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced in any nail salon. Before going to Crystal I had been loyal to my neighborhood nail parlor that was never consistent in their quality, timeliness, nor customer service. Crystal and her team are all extremely pleasant and share the same admirable work ethic.
They offer a loyalty plan that is extremely beneficial to my budget. They are the best and I do not plan going anywhere else.

Last week I went to go get my nails done and I wanted something different. I decided to go with chrome nails and they turned out AMAZING! Not only did they make my nails exactly how I wanted it. I always do gel and they did a great job at being gentle with my nails. This is honestly the best my nails have ever looked. They really made my real nails look like nails u see on social media, I feel like I have princess unicorn nails! Thank you for making my nails look so good, will definitely be back soon!
Rose was the one who did my nails so I highly recommend her :)

I moved here from the east coast in 2009. I was referred to Foxy Nails. That was the best referral ever. I love the atmosphere and the employees. Crystal is the best she takes pride in her work. She is also very knowledgeable regarding the latest trends. I just love everything about this nail shop.

I am very happy with my new salon and they are great take care of us and do a wonderful job. Tracy is a great nails tech. Never never go anywhere. Thank you so much for your business Tracy.

I have been going to Foxy Nails for a few months now, this nail salon came highly recommended and up until last Saturday (April 28,2018) about 11:30 I go in to have a nail fix and they were very busy and Crystal was getting a customer set up for a pedicure and she had a young girl at her table drying her nails under the light. Crystal greeted me and asked what I needed and I responded that I needed a nail fix. Crystal replied "We don't have time to fix one nail, we are very busy, you see all these people they have been waiting a long time and we just don't have time to fix one nail. Can you come back at 3pm"? My disappointment did NOT come from the salon being busy, it came from tone and the lack of regard for me as a paying customer. Crystal totally disregarded me as a paying customer, as if my service was much less important than those currently being served.
I was not looking for a free fix, I was expecting to pay as the nail fix prices are listed in the salons brochure, I was totally shock and very disappointed, since I've been going to the salon I have not ever experienced anything like this from this and I will NOT be returning.
Crystal it's NOT what you say but HOW you say it, delivery is key!
