I recently moved to Tennessee from Pennsylvania. I wasn’t sure where to go get my eyebrows done. I went today and it is the biggest regret of my life, I absolutely hate how my eyebrows look now. I feel like I will have to fill in my eyebrows and shape them around just so no one will be able to tell how bad they look. Although she was fast, it was painful and she over plucked them. I have never had an eyebrow wax hurt as much is it did today. She did it like she didn’t even care. Definitely not coming here again.

i went in on a busy Friday afternoon for a pedicure and acrylic set. it took a solid 3 hours (i definitely should've called ahead), but i had the day off so i didn't mind. the pedicure was fantastic! i'm in a knee brace and the woman was very sweet about my constant readjusting and was so gentle during the massage. the owner did my acrylics and stopped after each step to make sure they were exactly how i wanted. he answered the phone and tended to other customers while doing my nails, which made it take longer, but the quailty didn't suffer at all! Professional
Nails is definitely my new go-to nail place!

This experience was Trumatic. My nails have never hurt so bad in my life. I have had tips, acrylic overlay is, the dip stuff put on there, everything, I had to go to the shop because my current now person who is booked. They consistently try to pressure me into getting stuff that I didn’t want it. The lady picked the acrylic fill-in half of my nail with fingernail clippers and a tip and lifted off of my nail instead of soaking it off of my nails. When I told her that I was tired of having my fingernails hurt that bad and that she was not going to do that on everyone of my finger She tossed my hands into a bowl of nail polish remover and let it sit there and then drilled it off. My fingers hurt so bad they didn’t even put the nail polish all over my nails, and when I asked them to finish putting the polish over then I got very upset and started getting an attitude. I will not be back there ever again worst experience ever

Me and my mom have been coming here since they first opened and they are all incredible nail artists! Started out with just the 2 of them but they have added 10 or more artists over the years. Hardly ever have to wait. They keep up with all the current nail trends and never over price! Tran and May are the sweetest as are the rest of the crew! I recommend this salon to everyone!

They are always professional and do a fabulous job on my nails and toes. Not sure of his name but the young guy did a wonderful job on my almond nails not rushing but reassuring that each nail were perfect in shape and size. I am always satisfied when I leave here never had any issues or problems.My favorite nail shop!😍
