If I could give no stars, I would. I came to this place to kill three birds with one stone by grocery shopping, getting my car tended to and why not, my NAILS? BIG MISTAKE. I went in and the first lady pawned me off to a young man who didn't even know what "white gel" is. I should have left then. He proceeded to do my nails and what would take a normal and experienced nail tech 20 minutes to do, file and add nails, took this kid over 40 minutes to do. I could stomach that if the work was actually good but...NO. The nails were horribly uneven. I finally stopped him and asked the owner to finish my nails. He did a better job but was JUST AS SLOW. I ended up being in this salon for an hour and a half. Hubby was done shopping and truck was ready before they even got to the PAINT. I will stick to V-Star who does exceptionally good nails and exceptionally FAST. And had the nerve to charge $40. Dont waste your time.

I thought they’re cheap because the tools are not updated and they didn’t really clean my nails but the price is still the same to the other nail salon that do better service. I’m giving 2 stars because the old guy was nice but not really satisfied with their work. Definitely not going back.

Pheobe is the best out of the family/salon. She gets the 3 stars ✨ 🤘🏾.
On the contrary, it’s hard to get an appointment school seasons ...
They also have the best prices 🤓 so if I could give a half star ⭐️ I would 😉

If you want clean tools, do not go here. Found out real quick their tools are not sterile and used on everyone's feet without being cleaned each and every time. Not worth catching fungus.

The older lady is HORRIBLE! She's rough when using the drill. She doesn't listen to the customers as in what they want. She ruined my coffin shaped nails. When I told her what shape I had and wanted to keep, she filed one hand down too short. I told her I was not satisfied. She said she would correct it however, she'd already filed them down to where I could no longer have coffin shape. Now I have to go elsewhere for a soak-off and get an overlay. I REFUSE to ever go here again. 1 star was given only because of the young lady who's good at pedicures. Unfortunately it's not good enough for me to EVER spend my money there again.
