Tired of the poor work because the are always overbooked. A couple of the techs are rude. The owner who is nice should train his employees on proper customer service. Service is hit or miss and they dont honor appointments.

I love this place.I only let Sonny or Tommy do my nails.I haven't been able to go for awhile because I had surgery on elbow and then family issues. But this place is one of the best places around Dundalk. Won't go anywhere else.

I have been going to this salon for years. So when I was getting married myself and 8 other girls went with me to get our nails done. I called 3 to 4 weeks prior so they knew that they had a large group coming in. For the most part it was fine but it took and awful long time for my parties nails to be done. They started taking walk ins before they even finished my nails. I was very upset, I almost walked out. I never had bad treatment like that. It took 3 and 1/2 hrs for my nails to be done.

It’s usually good whenever I come but recently the nsil trch was just so nasty and acted like she was rushing to get my nails out of the way and when she asked how long I wanted them I told her and she told me no that I couldn’t get them as long as I wanted which wasn’t really long. Not only that, but she put a nail on crooked so I asked her to fix it and she get mad and acted like she didn’t want to fix it claiming it was my finger and when I pointed out that it wasn’t my finger she started speaking in her language under her breath and you could tell she was complaining about me. And then she messed up one nail and said it was my fault and all in all she was the worst nail tech I’ve ever had.

Very friendly staff i come every two weeks to get my nails done my nail tech sonny is hilarious and does good work
