I've been going to Nails & Spa for 8 years and I've always had a great experience. They're always so nice and I leave with gorgeous nails every time. They also don't charge an arm and a leg. Right now, I live in St Paul and still make the drive to Maple Grove to N&S for pedicures.

Went here for the first time with my sister in law for a gel manicure and normal pedicure. Was able to walk in and get service at 6pm on Thursday. We sat next to each other for the pedicure, but separate for the gel manicure. It all felt kind of rushed, but that isn't a big deal to me.
However I got home and took a close look at my toes and I was not impressed - it was sloppy and some toes were only partially covered in polish. I'm also not impressed with how much they cut down/out the sides of my toenails for shaping. I went back the next day to ask for a quick re-paint and they had no problem making it right... thanks!! Now it looks great! Might go here again, but I probably wouldn't let them cut my nails again. So far gel manicure seems great.

The employees were very nice! Right when my aunt and I got there, they approached us immediately asking us what we want today. The nails are also very pretty! Well done!

Never have I walked away from a nail salon blown away - but I did today. From the cleanliness, to the quality and customer service, I was impressed with every aspect! I’m happy to have found such a caring, attentive place. I highly recommend Sophia!

Love this place! All of the workers are friendly and concerned with making sure all customers are happy with their services. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been coming for almost a year. Totally different experience than other nail salons in the area.
