I got a pedicure and it was nice. Nothing special but she did a good job. She didn't speak great English which is fine with me since I would rather relax than talk. I didn't like they use a electric buffer on the calluses. It was painful and soon it touched my skin, we stopped that part. The regular polish looked great. I added the sugar scrub and it was worth every dollar...AMAZING!

Got mani and pedi as a walk in. The nail tech was thorough and very friendly.

Thanks Sam.....I'm from Michigan and at first I stopped at Florence mall for a fill, I walked in and they ignored me. I found Spa Nails just across and down the road and I called to see if they had an opening first because I don't want to be ignored again when I walked in and they said we sure do. I walked in and Sam greeted me and had me sit right down and they were really busy too but they got me right in Sam did a fantastic job on my fill and he was funny too! I'll remember this place in my travels!

Whole my nails ended up the way I wanted them and paid for them to look, Linda is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told her I didn't like the shape she made them she flew off the handle. During and after her fixing them she complained the whole time and was very nasty. Once she started painting it got worse because she once again started doing them how she saw fit. When i brought it up she argued again then kicked me off her station to have a guy finish them. While he was finishing Linda was pacing back and forth behind me being very rude and disrespectful. Sorry I am the customer who WILL speak up if I don't like my PAID FOR SERCIVE. The point of a nail salon is for the customer to get exactly what they want their nails to look like without argument. After 2 guys finished my nails I am in the end happy with the look, just didn't need or want the extra drama Linda provided.
