First off no one took the time to ask what I wanted...felt rushed over all. I was hoping to try something new but did not feel confident in what I was receiving. Second I never had a manicure and left without cuticle oil applied to nails... very simple step in a manicure that I did not get when coming into this salon. Made me question if I’d recommend this place which would be no, and I did not received any service other than a “okay” manicure. No one was rude but I would prefer to go out of my way to salon that deserves the tips I love to give for way better experience.

My daughter went in for tips and powder color in preparation for a dance. One of the tips fell off in the first 24 hours and most of the nails had big bumps on them. The tips were not filed smooth and were scratching her. She did not have time to go back to that location before the dance so she had to get them completely redone at a different business. We have gone to Mystique many times for pedicures but would never go back for nails!!! When I told them about this they would not refund us or offer another service at a later date. They said she could come back to get them redone. This was not possible in time for dance nor did she want to take the risk of another tip falling off that night. She had them redone at a business we trusted and had good history with.

I have been getting my nails done since the 1980's having tried dozens of different salons over the years. Bill who works here has THE BEST technique for French dip-gel nails "hands down". They last a month!!! My only fear in posting this is that once people read this he will become so busy, I'll never get in!! Anyhow, I just had to give him a great review because he deserves it.

I used to get my nails done here all of the time here when I was a high school student. I moved away and I'm visiting. Thought I'd stop by to get a pedicure. I think a total 3 words has been spoken to me. Very over priced. I live on the west coast and a basic pedicure does not cost 26 bucks... When I use to come here it was a friendly inviting environment. They use to offer every customer a drink or a snack. (they were a new business at that time.)That is not the case anymore. Customer service goes a long way in my book. I gave two stars because the place is clean and well kept. The quality of the work is good. And great parking.
