My review is based on customer service. Mike did my nails and was doing a great job. When a customer walked in he turned to look and accidentally cut my cuticles too far. My finger started bleeding. When I brought this to his attention he got mad and said he was never doing my nails again. When he finished my nails I pulled him to the side to say that’s horrible customer service. He made my finger bleed because he wasn’t paying attention. He agreed HE was WRONG but said he wasn’t doing my nails again because I “complained”.

I will not come back to this salon. I had already heard that it wasn’t the best, but I decided to give it a try since it’s near where I live. Long story short, I wasted $40.
I got sns, but the powder came out discolored. To fix the issue, the guy painted over the sns with gel polish. I was fine with it until this morning... not even 24 hours later and the gel is peeling off.

Im a regular here. I only cheated on them once in over 4 yrs lol. Great staff! My nails and feet always look good.

My experience here is always pleasant. I go to Tammy regularly and she always has me feeling fabulous with the latest designs.

DO NOT get your lash extensions here! They charged $35 for lash extensions which would've been fine but they started to come off within the hr!!! I went back and she acted like it was my fault. I told to fix it or refund me.. She added more glue and later that evening they started to flip up.. I called again and explained to them about my dissatisfaction. No resolution I just took a loss... The next day they were almost completely off!!!! Never again
