I used to go here all the time because they always did a good job on my SNS nails and it was quick and cheap. Yesterday however I noticed that they REUSE their acetone. The woman doing my nails sucked the acetone right back up into the bottle from the bowl I had soaked my fingers in. Right in front of my face. Which means that I had been using recycled acetone from God knows how many people.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Save your money and pay a little extra for a hygienic manicure. Please go somewhere else for peace of mind.

ATTENTION 🚫🚫🚫 DO NOT GO THERE!!! AND I DO REPEAT!!!! VERY BAD SERVICE. MY NAILS LOOKED 100 PERCENT NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR WHICH WAS JUST A SIMPLE OMBRE WHITE AND PINK NAIL. TRIED TO EVEN OVER CHARGE ME. BOTH OLDER MALE AND FEMALE VERY VERY NASTY.

i had to stop using there pedi services after 2yrs of using due to a foot fungus i received shortly after using their service's.it got infected and i also was put on an antibiotic. however i still was using them for my eyebrows but once the lady found out i was no longer using them for my pedi she refused me service for my eyebrows became rude and very unprofessional. i will never go back i work hard for my $ and spend it however i choose. u cant force me to use your services and i know of many ppl that get their nails,and feet done at different places they dont own me. so anyway i did find another great place that does eyebrows its called PRO NAIL ADDRESS IS 3160 RICHMOND RD LEX KY 40509 AND THEY WELCOME ALL REGARDLESS OF WHERE U GO FOR YOUR OTHER SERVICES. SHE SAID THATS WHY THEY ARE A FULL SERVICE SALON THEY OFFER DIFFERENT SERVICES!!!!!!

I got a mani & pedi with my nails painted white for both. I didn’t get gel polish so I understand that it will only last a few days. I get my nails done all the time! However in the matter of 20 hours I had 8 nails completely ruined. Not chipped on the edge or just cracked. But completely off! Even two toes were messed up. I figure since this happened to half of my nails in total the nail polish bottle they used was bad. That happens right, totally understandable. So I called and told the owner what happened. She said to come in and they’d fix it. I get there and she’s rude and won’t let me change the color bottle. I even asked her to just use a different bottle of white. She says that’s a $7 charge. Umm I think not, I just won’t be back. So now some of my nails have the white from yesterday and some have it from today. I’m wondering which ones will come off today. I’ve been here multiple times. I guess today wasn’t the day.
