Store hours state 10:00am did not open until after 10:30 worker saw me standing outside but just went to the back and never came back to open the door. Should have know by the reviews that this place was terrible

I will never go back! The nail tech I received was in a rush trying to finish and did not notice it was powder stuck to my finger tip. I did notice, either. She tried her fingernails and tweezers to get it off and I just said use nail acetone. It was horrible! Plano location

Worse service EVER then tried to charge me more than was posted and more than the person that completed the service told me. He told me 20 they tried to change it to 26 hell no gave them 20 like the guy advised me and left. These ppl have no clue what they are doing a whole hr and 1/2 and still had to go somewhere else to get my nails done
