I am SO DISAPPOINTED with my nails. I don’t think I have ever left so unhappy from a nail salon. I waited a whole hour to get a fill & they did a poor job. The owner asked who had done my nails before I came to get a fill and I told him. I wanted coffin shape which was the shape I already had before the fill but the owner said he couldn’t do that because whoever did my nails did them “too skinny” so I HAD to do them stiletto shape. He filed my nails in a hurry and was so rough it hurt my finger nails. After that a different guy started working on my nails. I asked for a marble design and the guy literally just did white wavy lines. I do not like how they came out not one bit. I understood I was going to get charged $25 but after he slid my card, I saw the receipt said $50. I was so mad, I said “$50 for a fill????” and the owner stepped in and said that it was $15 for gel, $15 for the design which was HORRIBLE and was not how I wanted it.. & $15 for having to “fix” my nails because the person I had gone to before didn’t know how to do the shape. He saw I was not happy with my nails and did not try to even help make them look a bit better. They are sort of rude and get defensive when you tell them you don’t like something or if you ask them to fix a nail that they did. They don’t care about having their clients leave happy & satisfied, they’re just there to get paid. They don’t do your nails how you ask them, they just do what they want.
Never AGAIN.

This was the third and last time I've been there. I just left and am so disappointed in the way they act and the professionalism, as well as their service. 1st time was an elder man, he was nice and did what I needed with a fill. Second time, they passed me around, taking care of others and leaving me sitting there. I did call all three times to make an appointment. Tonight, after work I go in and the guy who started working on me asked if I wanted them shorter I said, yes just a little bit. He did my right hand crooked so I laughed and said "they are slanted" he tried again, but did the same thing, I stopped him before he messed up the others and showed him. Then the guy who I'm assuming was the owner, told me "sit down here! What you want." I tried to explain and he cut me off and said it's not finished, just wait. Ok. I get ya.
No. What he did was so much worse. I washed my hands and paid and he asked if I wanted polish and I said no and left. No, I did not want him and his hot sweaty hands touching me ever again. I am now going to have to sit here and fix my crooked nails and then polish them myself. If you're going to be in this business, working with women and nails, you need to LISTEN and NOT INTERRUPT them and NOT MESS UP THEIR NAILS. We just moved to Kennewick and I'll tell you, their location was convenient, but I'll be going somewhere else. If you don't care what they do to your nails and don't mind spending over an hour in a place for a fill, seriously, I sat in the chair from start -nail polish removal and sanding down- for an hour and 15 minutes because they jump from people to people and pass you around. All my nails are slanted. These people act like you have no right to complain and gang up on you if there is a hint of a problem. They don't use inside voices not sure if it's the culture or what but ALL of them need to take a class or 50 in CUSTOMER SERVICE and how to talk to people without getting DEFENSIVE.
P.S. trust me wanted to swear and cuss this whole time but I don't want my review deleted 😀 a*holes.

My girlfriend and I thought we'd try a new spot near our office. Both nail techs were rough, and didn't listen to our requests. I stopped my service after he cut my nails below the tips of my fingers and the third request to change the shape. He scoffed and rolled his eyes before mumbling something to the gentleman I believe was the owner. They still charged me and never asked about my concerns or what they could do to make it better.

OMG! I'm from the East coast and don't get to spend a lot of time with my niece, so when we do get to see each other, we want it to be extra special! The people here we're fantastic to my princess and made her feel like such a little lady. :) They have their own child's pedicure chair, perfect for the little person in your life. They also put Moana on the TV for her. Will be back with my princess on my next visit!!!!
