Poor customer service due to the manicurist speaking to customers including myself like she didnt want nor need our business. Needless to say she didn't greet me nor the other potential customer with a simple hello. Rather than using acetone to remove my polish she filed the polish off. Even though I let her know that my nails are thin she proceeded to file. Then she finished it off by buffing the nail with a nail buffer. I don't often get my nails done but I'm pretty sure there's not this much buffing and filing on natural nails that's supposed to happen. When I politely asked her to please not buff anymore, she threw her hands up and dropped the nail buffer to then start painting. The painting process was another experience. Needless to say, the paint job was something I could've done better myself so I'll just continue to paint my own nails.

I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure last week and everything went really well at my appointment. They were nice and accommodating. The reason I am leaving this review unfortunately is that my manicure lastested under a week. I got the gel manicure because I wanted something that would last longer than the usual week however, to my surprise the gel has been peeling off of each nail (especcially in the shower or when I wash my hands with warm or hot water) 3 days after I got them done. Obviously I'm disappointed. They're closed on Sunday and Monday, so I had to wait until today (Tuesday), and when I called it went straight to voicemail and I couldn't leave a message in their full mailbox. Hopefully they return my call and/or we can fix the issue. Unfortunately this was my personal experience and though the staff was friendly I don't know that I'll go back for another gel manicure when painting my own nails lasts longer.

Coolly modern, the nails techs are friendly college girls. I prefer this place because I dont feel awkward from the girls chattering in languages I cant comprehend..

Do not purchase Groupon for this store. First they will make the appointment and as soon as they find out your appointment is with purchase groupon they will call and cancel later on.
This happened to me twice. They do not care . When I complained they told me call groupon and get your money back.
