We come down from Boston to visit our family, and Sono Nails is a monthly trek. Stephanie and crew are lovely. They treat us like old friends and the Green Tea pedi is amazing. I went here for my wedding manicure, and I feel really well taken care of here. Staff is dedicated and sweet. They have done a great job with me, my mother in law who has some disability issues, and my daughter who was 8 when she first went. Space may be a little worn, but they make up for it with heart.

Great 1st experience here! She spent a lot of time making sure my nails were perfect after having a terrible job elsewhere. Being new to the area and finding a good nail tech is hard. Very warming staff! Would highly recommend this spa.

Had acrylic nails done for the first time... I wanted them short length to look natural and the guy refused to cut them shorter... they were too long, I had to have them filed down elsewhere... lasted one week, already loose and falling off. Very nice people, but terrible nail job. Will not go back.

I have never in my life been glared at when I went into a nail salon, ESPECIALLY when there was only one other customer in there. I asked for a mani pedi. The pedi part was fine, but I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to decide to get up and do my nails. I had grown out my finger nails and asked for shaping and a regular manicure. She cut my nails down to the quick and the polish didn't even last a day. The only nice thing was the hot stone they used for a "massage" which consisted of them running a hot stone up and down my arm twice. They also did not sanitize their tools between customers which is just disgusting.

This is the most disgusting place I have been in my entire life. First off, it is the most dingy establishment, the floors are dirty they have no sanitation areas at all. They did my manicure, CUT ME THEN used my tools on the next person who walked in. I have never in my life been more skeeved out by a place in my entire life. I'm calling the health department.
