Went there tonight paid $82 for 2 pedicures! They never put clear polish on mine and they are chipping already! Not even 4 hours later..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I can hear it was amazing. I always welcome back. But I want on Friday to get my nails done before a show and it was horrible. I was there for an hour waiting to get in and the guy said 15 minutes. After that leaving. She’s trying to overcharge me for getting my nails done. We finally sat down and picked a color and then she started working on some who came before we set time. She said we all know she didn’t. She just walked in. We sat down and she should do her. The lady said oh no no the guy will do. The Guy was working on some real answers nails ahead about 20 minutes left. So we are waiting in your truck not leaving going to come here tomorrow whatever until the lady came over to my nails was hurting me was shaving themShaving them and she cut them or clean and put the capital calls back she did nothing in it with him for a minute she did all that and put fake nails on cut them and didn’t ask me how long I wanted them and then walked away. After that my mom said I’m trying to finish and she’s like he’ll finish in like half an hour and we’re like at now. So then my mom was looking at them she was super glue to put them I’m not now glue superglue and so then we went to we asked the guy my mom looked at them and they were so crooked so I might have a guy actually can we pay for the only way we don’t to be here we been here for a long time her nails are on cookie they look horrible and the guy was like yeah he has for yummy fix me and we take them off and she’s like no we don’t wanna be here at Lake now. So the next morning we went to Lucky House to fix them and and they felt really bad because of what they did I would not recommend going here they were rushing the work and other people other guys and they look really nice but they were work just because were saying we’re gonna leave that to me and ruin my nails on it wasn’t good they left him not to like I wanted them sharp at I couldn’t do it so do not to go there please I’m literally begging you.Oh I’m sorry I forgot the worst part the whole time she was doing my nails her and the guy were complaining about us in Chinese whatever they were talking about we were going back-and-forth about this other stuff so leave and you know I don’t go there like if you’re not gonna treat you like real people like the first and when I went MIA she was talking to us and she was a sweetie pie but she will take us and they were yelling back-and-forth about us so just don’t go there just trust me on that one

I have had bad experiences over and over again with this place over the years. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back out of convenience because it’s closer to home. The people are rude and pushy and do not do quality work . They try to guilt you into tipping bigger which I always give 20% regardless of how I feel. Sometimes more..... Yesterday when I went there a man did my pedicure and completely messed it up and then sent me over to a woman to fix his work and for a manicure who was rude, pushy, nosy and insinuating that because I have a good job and went to college I must have more money and I should tip her better because she Has to work too hard for her money. The money/Tipping conversation went on throughout the entire manicure and pedicure fix. Then she said she didn’t want her tip by credit card so she asked me to go to the ATM and take out cash. I don’t know why I’m so nice in the situations. I should expect people to treat me with the courtesy and respect that I treat them.
Keep in mind that I had been sitting in Lee nails for three hours now which is completely absurd! I’m nine months pregnant and that was the last place I wanted to be. I went to the ATM took out some cash, Which I of course know have to pay a fee for using the ATM, and went to use the restroom before returning with her tip. She was outside paceing The halls looking for me like she was going to shake me down. And “loudly” Talking to the other man that was working there from the hall of the mall about me being a cheapskate. I very much do not recommend!
On the other hand I Highly recommend lucky nails which is where I usually go. They are always friendly courteous and do quality work.
Lee nails is Bad bad bad business!!!👎🏻
