I made an appointment to get my hair done by Hannah and on the day of my hair appointment I get a text saying “ Hi Kenna it’s Hannah from East Of Bali. There is a scheduling conflict as far as today and I need to know what days you don’t work to see if I can move your appointment that’s OK.” I took off work and cleared my schedule for today for this appointment as well as put down a $50 deposit to save my appointment. I even get a call from the hair salon the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment. I was very upset at the fact that my appointment was cut do to another client being scheduled at the same time as me, this was very unprofessional.

In town visiting and needed a cut/color. Having seen Meysum in the past I scheduled an appointment. As in the past he was on time and does an excellent, professional cut/color. Nice salon, easy to find.
