Queen Nails is a great place! Very welcoming, very clean and the staff is amazing. They do a great job with performance and quality of there jobs. A great place to whine down and relax. Prices are reasonable for what you want done. I had a very good experience here and will be back again.

My friend and I scheduled two appointments here - online it seemed as though they had a decent atmosphere and a decently priced shellac manicure.
The atmosphere was great and my friends manicure turned out well. Mine however did not. Not only was the manicure of poor quality, so was the shellac application. On top of that, I was passed between two different people who seemed VERY rushed.
Most nail salons are busy on the weekends and often times they too over book - I understand that. But if overbooking is going to be a common practice it’s probably in your best interest as a business to find a happy medium.
My nail color was a light color and obviously needed 3 shellac coats versus 2. The quality of my shellac manicure for the cost was disappointing. You can see my natural nail under the color; as it is streaky. It drives me nuts!
I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I just had THE BEST mani/pedi with Annie. From now on, I will only request her. She is careful and meticulous. Pedicure + gel polish manicure was $58 before tip. She is worth every cent!

So happy I found this place, love it! The pedicures make you feel so relaxed and special! Clean, spacious and doesn't smell bad. Friendly staff that cares about you.

Absolutely one of the worst nail places I have been too!! I waited over 2hours to get my nails done! The lady that did them cut two of my fingers and made them bleed with the clippers. She was very rude and rushing she also put the wrong color of polish on my nails and had to take it off. She wasn't paying attention at all. Worst experience ever I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning.
