DO NOT GO HERE. Cut me 3 separate times and I keep finding more. My fingers hurt so bad. They didn’t listen at all. I debated leaving multiple times. I wish I had. Don’t risk it. Find somewhere else.

So it all depends on who performs your services. Mindy is my favorite but Tina does a great job as well. THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO I WILL LET TOUCH MY NAILS. I had a guy for my second visit, not sure of his name but he usually sits in chair 12. DID AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE JOB AND I WAS IN HIS CHAIR FOR A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. ( HE IS IN NEED OF TRAINING ) My nails were different shapes and sizes and the Polish was CLUMPY and UNEVEN and ALL OVER MY FINGERS. And the sides off my fingers were raw and sore from him filling over the skin so much. I figured I could just be polite and go home and fix them myself. I changed my mind and had him remove the horrible Polish job and had Mindy fix them. If all my visits were with Mindy I would have given 5 stars but because of how bad my experience was with the male nail tech I'll gave them a 4.

This place is horrible they make up prices and if you call them out on it they won't service you. The customer service is horrible and if you don't want to be upset don't go there. The owner is rude and don't even want to do nails. They get no stars ever but had to give one just to post.

I have been going for years until now the last 2 times i came i received the worst service. First off my gel polish is so clumpy. And today i have a huge scratch in my gel nail polish. And the color is not the color i choose its the color next to the color i chose. My nails are all misshapened and my broken nail that was repaired is longer then the rest. I also have gel polish all over my fingers and the tech only put clear on one hand. I tried to tell her but she ignored me. After an hour of stewing i went back up and was told i messed up my nails and this is the color i picked and they arent going to fix my nails. I won't be back again and i suggest no one else does either.

Prices are reasonable as far as a pedicure. Be specific about which pedicure you want, because the $20 pedicure must be the lotion-less express service. My dry time was longer than the pedicure. Other than that, customer service seemed ok, but I'm a customer who doesn't much. They were pleasant and quick... A little too quick, but I tipped the lady any way because she gave a great foot and leg massage. Next time I know to pay an extra five dollars for a deluxe pedicure.
