Absolutely love Fusion Salon!! I’ve tried several stylists at high end salons over the years but no one compares to Lindsay Cogan at Fusion!! The service at the salon is incredible and everyone there is so nice!!

I went to get a haircut on Wednesday and left crying. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen especially with short cuts but I'm literally bald in the back. Probably about a 1/2 inch shave up to my ears without a fade into the longer hair. When my stylist showed me the back, she knew instantly that I was upset. I asked her to at least fade it. She attempted to fade it for about 3 minutes and then took off the cape and asked me to meet her in the front. She had another client waiting and apparently needed to finish mine immediately even though she worked on it for over an hour and it looked like nothing I've ever seen before. When I went to the front desk, the receptionists could clearly see that my eyes were watering and that I was upset. I have never cried from a haircut before. However, they just said "it looks really cute" in insincere voices and asked me if I wanted to leave a tip on the card. I've never had a customer service experience like that before. I really don't like to leave reviews but I was astounded by the lack of sincerity and customer service I experienced. I should not have had to pay for that cut when I was clearly upset and literally have no hair left to salvage it. I had to go to another hair dresser who told me that they cut so short that there was not much for her to do. She blended it the best she can but I will be wearing hats for the next 2 weeks. My current hair dresser suggested wearing scarves and shading in my scalp with black eyeshadow to give the appearance of hair. Ultimately, I ended up paying $100 for a cut that I didn't want and that looks ridiculous. The customer service team and the stylist should have done more. Extremely disappointed and definitely the saddest hair experience of my life.

Lori did my hair and make up for my son's wedding and made me look amazing. Not only was she professional and kind, she got me out on time and my make up and hair stayed all day and night. I was totally impressed with how elegant I looked and received so many compliments. I highly recommend her services. Thank you so much for creating a stunning look.
