My experience here was mostly enjoyable. I was in a group of 6 and they were able to accommodate us all and it did not take long at all. However while I was getting my nails done the woman told me she needed to remove the tips previously on my nails (as well as add two more) and I was charged and extra $10 for 4 tips (two of which I did not need). Then, I asked for coffin shaped nails. My nails were already coffin shaped they just needed to be sharpened a bit. I was charged an extra $5 just to shape my nails. About 6 hours later one of my nails was broken (the one with a tip) as well as two other people in my group. We went back and they were able to fix them for free however the woman acted as if it was my fault. She told me “you need to be careful when your nails are long.” I’ve had long nails for years and I don’t usually have a problem so I found this comment to be rude. Overall they did a good job and there was a large color selection.
Update, since I posted this review about 4 days ago another nail has since broken :/ It was another nail with a tip.

Called to make an appointment for a new set and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude. I gave them two stars because I didn’t have to wait long to have my nails started by someone (which has happened at other salons). Anyways, I asked for a simple design and I was still disappointed with how they came out. My nails are thick and shaped crooked. The set i got wasnt worth more than $50 and i paid $70 for it. Wont be coming back

Very clean and professional. Everything they use is disposable. I could relax and not worry about cleanliness of tools. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went for a pedicure. I could have saved $20 and done a way better job myself. The place is clean, but they rush and do not pay attention to detail. Wouldn't have paid $2 for this. Waste of money! Find another place.

I have been going to this salon for some time but each time I continue to go I continue to see flaws in their methods and customer service. I always ensure I have an appointment but as I show up they will not take me for another 15-20 mins after my appointment was scheduled. Also today I came to my appointment and was seated in a pedicure chair and told to soak my feet. Sadly I waited for 15 minutes for someone to tell me to take my feet out of the water and to begin my pedicure. Keep in mind as my feet were soaking I had some sort of mask on my legs and it happened to turn my legs purple. Also their technique of powder gel seems to be chunky and will crack and dull faster than the other salons in the area which keeps me coming back twice as often as other places do.
