This is the best place to get your nails done. Vicky is the best nail technician in here. Ask to get an appointment with her because it gets filled quick as she takes her time.
Everyone below who had a bad experience but had been rude who can't justify themselves. You're not going to get anywhere if you're constantly rude to technicians.

Below is the text message I received from a nail tech I've been using for more than two years, just one hour before my scheduled appointment. I called her and she told me I was too picky. It's their way or the highway. They're not concerned with what you want. Maybe she had a buddy who needed their nails done so I got dumped.
"Listen, it hasn't been a pleasure working with you and I'm going to be upfront and not waste your time but I will not be doing your nails anymore. No hard feelings but I think it's best if you find somewhere else to go."

Update April 2018. Things are much better here now. They got a handle on it and are now well organized.
They seem to have trouble organizing and making appointments with people. One day I made an appointment and waited 1.5 hours. The next time I explained that I need the appointment at the time I make it for because I have other obligations before and after. So when I walked in they were all looking at each other like how are we going to accommodate all these people. So the guy there made two people that were sitting at the nail table get up and wait in the waiting area so I could get mine done. I felt bad for them it was not their fault. Anyway, the guy ended up doing my nails, apparently he must be the owner....he was flustered and he rushed so fast and one nail was missing the filling on one side ( I did not see this until I got home). It looked awful. I told him while I was getting them done that I was not getting any polish on them that I would just do them myself later on. I figured this would help them because they had so many people waiting. I also gave him a 10.00 tip. Now I am a person who is patient and willing to give the benefit of the doubt to anyone but when I got home and took a good look at the nails I was really pissed off.

They were very friendly however I asked for a full set of gel nails, all they did was a French manicure on my natural nails. Was disappointed w that bc they charged me for a full set.

I was told that they were “closed” after running into an employee in the parking lot who asked if I would be paying with cash - only had a few ones. Their store clearly states on the front that they were open until 8 p.m. They must not be in need of business.
