Went into the waiting area and no one ever came to help me even though there is a loud bell on the door. Came back a couple of days later on a Saturday. They weren’t too busy. They don’t take appointments on Saturday just so you know. No one came to the waiting room to help us so I had to walk in where the chairs were to get some help. Waited about an hour with my feet soaking in cold water. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t say one word to me the whole time. Me and my sister had gift certificates and the lady asked me and what about the tip? I was so shocked. I will not be going back. Completely unprofessional. No one who was at work there wanted to help anyone.

AWFUL service. This is my second time going and it was terrible. They were rude and just rushed on my pedicure. They soaked my feet, then came and clipped my nails, rubbed one foot and sent me on my way. I was there for 10 mins at the most. Never go there. I will never EVER go again. So disrespectful. If I could give no stars I would.

Nothing nice to say! They, including the owner, have a bad attitude which makes a “relaxing pedicure” not relaxing. I took my two young daughters and my teenage daughter, we wanted just the pedicure, not polish, they seemed to want to just do the bare minimum since we didn’t want a polish, we still got charge for a full pedicure, even my four and six-year-old. Absolutely horrible experience!! Sad! We try to support our locals.

Wonderful place, great customer service! We called earlier in the afternoon to have me and my daughters and daughter in laws, come in for a pedicure. When we got there, we were not in the books (new receptionist started today). The owner was very accommodating and super nice about it! We had to wait for a bit to get in, but she and the other worker stayed extra late so that we didn't feel rushed. We had a great time and for wonderful pedicures! Thank you!
