I took my mother to this store because she needed a new walker and I wanted her to be able to try some out. Not only was the salesperson at this store happy to help, she was eager to help. She made my mother feel comfortable and that means everything to me. She also gave my mother and I a recommendation for a place that might be able to help my mother with a neck brace. I am terrible at names but she was maybe in her early 20's with short brown hair. This stores customer service is excellent. I have been and will continue to recommend it to anyone that needs medical equipment.

I got my mother her mask and walker. Great customer service and they are keeping the store clean and observing social distancing .

I had originally had given this place a one star due to bad Customer service. I am a new CPAP user and need lots of direction in how and what to use with my machine ( I was shopping for a full faced mask). Well I am really impressed as how fast this bad experience was addressed. I received a called from the manager David and he turned everything around for me. He was very nice and very understanding of what I had went through and as I had mentioned before it was my first experience with my cpap machine and I was clueless of how to go forward with this new venture.
I really want to share this because places like this are great not only to shop for your medical needs but because they are on TOP of their customers it means that they want their customers to be fully satisfied and happy when they leave their store. I loved that when I came in they were fully equipped for all of your medical needs I knew they had what I was looking for and they did. So now I’m looking for something else and David listen to what I was needing in a nose mask and made me feel like he totally understood. He offered to call me when they were going to be available in his store and also he offered to set up an appointment with his CPAP specialist to help me decide what is best. Wow! People like me need this kind of service to make it less stressful cause trust me it could be. Thank you again David for calling me directly and taking the time to address my bad experience and turning around to a great one! I promise I will be back and let other people know to come visit your store!

I will never go there again unless I’m in the hospital. I took my mother there to see a new wheelchair and they had no better quality. I have purchased over $2000 of equipment from this store and they refused to allow me to use their restroom. Just done with this type customer service. They can do better. Currently being ignored. Sold me a piece of inferior equipment.
