Really enjoyed my first visit and will be coming back! I didn't have an appointment, so there was a bit of a wait. Call ahead and schedule an appointment if you're in a hurry. I really enjoyed the soothing atmosphere and peaceful environment. No children under 10 are allowed in the salon. They have a large selection of OPI and Orly polishes as well as gel and dip nails. I got the deluxe pedicure and regular manicure by Mr. Kim. Fabulous time! Treat yoself!

Asked for a dip manicure. My technician was Tracy and she had NO IDEA what she was doing. My technician did absolutely NOTHING to prep my nails. Usually they push back your cuticles and stuff like that but all she did was cut my nails. After she dipped my nails, I guess she realized that she forgot/didn’t do it because in the 6 months that I’ve been getting dip manicures, a technician has never taken the grinding tool and grinded through the dip polish and my skin, causing a lot of pain, but that is what she did. My cuticles are sore and bleeding but she doesn’t seem to notice. Also, after a dip manicure, lotion is usually applied and a massage is given but no. I was instructed to wash my hands? Then, I mentioned to my technician that the dip was still under my nails, and she proceeded to say “ I’m sorry” and walk away. I only came to Bichonne because my regular place, Blissful, (which I highly recommend) was doing renovations and I really needed my nails done. Will not be coming back EVER.

Went there to get my nails done and they are awesome, when you're called back, they don't just get up and walk away like the other nail salons-they take their time and make you feel pampered, I love that. I will definitely be going back to get my nails done and hopefully soon a pedicure!
