This is a great place to get your nails done but only if you have time to wait. If you have an appointment you usually can get right in. If you're a "walk in" and have been waiting an hour and an appointment walks in, of course they're going to take them first, and then you wait another hour. If you are able to get Alex the owner or his wife, or the guy named Bon, you are able to get exactly what you want. If not, then it can be a guessing game. Overall they're really good at what they do if you have time to wait

I also will not go back to All Nails the same thing has happened to me you wait for hours and then they try to rush you through. I also tried it a couple of times to try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the lady would work on my hands I was getting a fill-in and then she would run over and work on the ladies feet and then back to my hands and back to the ladies feet in the whole time it was back and forth without washing her hands and no gloves or anything and she did my nails in about a half an hour which it never gets done that fast anywhere else I have ever been. Today I went to LaBelle Nail and Spa and they did a fantastic job on my nails I had a set put on and they took special care of doing things the way it should be done and gave me special treatment on my day off I want to go have my nails done and relax and that never happened at All nails. I will definitely be going back to La Belle Nail and Spa because I was able to relax and not be rushed through. All Nails seems to be all about the money not the customer.

BAD!! Do NOT use this salon!! This was my second attempt for using this salon. The 1st time, I should have learned my lesson but I thought I’d give gen another chance! My 1st experience was not very good due to over an hour & a half wait & a bad polish on my toe nails. I chalked that experience off to a busy day & old polish on my toes.
But on Thursday, August 16, 2018, I gave them another chance!
When I walked in ( around 1:15).....as before, they were busy. I told the man (in the 1st seat) that I needed a mani/pedi. There’s was another young lady that walked in just behind me. There were 4 other ladies that were already waiting, so I knew I would have some wait. Then...about 20 minutes later, the lady who walked in after me was seated at the 1st seat. He bagan to work on her nails, then another lady (waiting), ask him when he was going to start on her nails. She told him she had a 2:00 appointment. Another lady in the waiting area said she had a 2:00 appointment as well. This man argued with the woman & said she didn’t have an appointment & she demanded she did. He then ask the lady at his desk to move over & he took the 1st lady with the 2:00 appointment (which it was around 2:45). This lady said she made an appointment at 2:00 because she needed to be home to get her kids at 4:00. The other lady with the 2:00 appointment left & said she would come back another day. Then....four other ladies walked in as a group (no appointment).
I’m still kicking myself because I waited so long just to be seated. I was finally seated at a pedicure chair (with scalding HOT) water. After I ask for some cooler water, I soaked my feet and watched the man in the 1st chair start working on one of the four ladies who came in about 30-40 minutes after me. I got his attention & ask him “why” he was working on her nails. Remember....I was there for a manicure & pedicure. He looked at me & said “oh.....well, you’re getting a pedicure as well”! Now....as I write this...I look back & think “why was I so patient & wasted almost 2 hours of my time just to be put in a pedi chair”? It’s obvious...I wasn’t a “regular” customer & he (the salon) was putting me off! Getting mad & causing a scene would have only made me look bad, so I politely walked out with my wet feet & chalked this up to “lesson learned”! But I will NEVER give this “so called” company another chance!!
In my opinion, this salon has NO good customer service skills! Let’s face it....for women or men.....having your nails done is definitely a luxury & not a necessity! So, when you treat yourself next time, don’t bother going to this salon. You will NOT get a “welcomed” feel (even if you have an appointment), nor will you feel pampered! BE AWARE!! In my case, I have myself to blame for waiting so long! But I wanted to write this long explimation in hopes that those new customers (like me), will not waste their own time in this salon. And for those of you who read this....when we all ask “how long the wait would be”, this man answered....we will get to you as soon as possible! That’s not an answer, that’s an excuse!! How stupid could I be?!? Again...lesson learned!! BAD.....BAD!!!
