I really enjoy coming here, they are always friendly. I get hard gel nails, and it's hard to find someone who can do that. I usually go with Christine. She does a great job shaping nails, never had a problem. She is willing to listen to and fix any problems/imperfections you see. Last time I had to go with Hillary. She nicked the skin around my nails a few times with the grinder, also some of my nails were a bit crooked. When I told her I think my finger hit my other nail, she said " my job is here ( looking at my nails) and your job is in there ( looking at the uv light)" so it made it feel like she wouldn't listen to my request to fix something on my nail. However, I think Hillary is a bit better at the design, the lines on her hand drawn snowflake were pretty clean and straight.
The front desk staff is always nice and curtious.

My all time favorite place to get my nails done. Have been coming here for a few years and have tried out a few techs but I love getting my gel acrylics done by Tom. Best shape! Girls at the front are very nice too! These are two examples of nails I’ve had done. Both by Tom.

I get hard gel done and people who get this type know how hard it is to find someone to do them let alone find someone to do them well!
I was referred here and it was the best decision ever. There was a small mistake made by someone who made my appt and they booked me with the wrong person and she didn’t do hard gel. Instead of telling me sorry sucks for you, they asked another girl to fit me in and she was totally ok with it! (it was almost 7 at night!!) her name was Hilary and even with it being sooo late she took her time, even tho it was the night before Christmas Eve and her family was calling her and waiting for her. I felt so bad to kee her but she totally took care of me, did all the designs I asked for and didn’t rush what so ever. She wasn’t happy with one of her designs so she even started over!! This is so huge to me when it comes to customer service!
This was the best hard gel set I have ever gotten and I have already made my appt to go back to her!
Also I feel like I have to mention the other staff. They are so awesome! The salon has more of a spa feel and they get your drinks and stuff while you wait!
I am so glad I found a salon that doesn’t treat you like an inconvenience and that really takes pride in customer service and their work!
