Terrible experience! I needed a nail repair. I was asked 15 different ways about what I wanted to do about it. I was then given a price of $20. I agreed. Later the owner shows up and quote a price of $12.50. The owner and the technician speak to each other in their native language. I paid the $20. The place is dishonest the work or you can go to any nail place anywhere in New York City skip it!

The absolute worst experience in a nail salon in my life. Avoid at all costs. And the person who was with me got acrylic nail repair that quite literally disintegrated within 24 hours. If it was possible to give worse than one star....I would do it. And they are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. It's a ripoff salon for tourists.

I've been going to this place for 8 years and I've been to a lot of nail salons around lower Manhattan and this is seriously one of the best

Was charged $30 for a simple pedicure, which was trash. Complete rip off.
