Love this place, the women that work here are so nice. And Suzanne is awesome, she always makes my hair look great and makes me feel great when I walk out the door

Ive been coming here since i was little. I love the people here and the atmosphere. The stylists are always so nice and supportive and make sure you are enjoying every step of the process.
A while back i went through a depressive episode and my hair became matted to the point that it practically hurt to touch. After multiple attemptes from friends and family to get the giant knot out it only becamse worse. I went to inovations and these women put in so much effort to help me. I was scheduled with Susan and ended up getting help from Jennifer and Dawn too. They were all so supportive and assuring and im so happy i was able to get their help.
I recommend innovations to everyone. It may look like a random salon shoved in the middle of antique stores but this place is a godsend and the women who work here are miracle workers
