Everyone is amazing and very sweet! Always super happy with my nails and the experience. The salon is newly renovated and very clean. I have been going here for years and I won't go anywhere else.

they do great eyebrows, I had kim the first time and she was very patient and did not over wax them. Eyebrow waxing only costs $9 and they look amazing. I have gone there twice so far and will continue for brow services

Since moving to Charlotte is has been very hard to find a good place to get my nails done. So glad that I found Posh. They are very flexible in their scheduling and always get me in around my hectic schedule. Kim is amazing my nails always look perfect and last for a long time. She takes her time and ensures they feel natural and that I am 100% satisfied before I leave. The SNS is the way to go if you want your nails to look freshly done for more than two weeks at a time. Each employee is so kind and it is always just a great and relaxing experience!!! Would not go anywhere else as long as I remain here!

The prices are getting a bit expensive for the experience. Kim is lovely but Posh Nails no longer offers the pampering experience that drove many of us to become loyal customers. The technicians are so busy they don't always have time to do things right ... for the price and the assembly line atmosphere, one can go elsewhere. The past couple of times we went, we both ended up with ingrown toenails a week after the pedicure.

It was nice inside and they were nice but when it comes to knowing how to properly do nails especially color they have no skills what so ever! Why are there prices so high but they can’t do the job right ! I will stick to the nail places in areas that are not so expensive and they are skilled in all nail types and colors and know how to cater to all types of people not just the old white or uppity people !
