Prices are average, service is average, but the manager/owner never smiles, or makes an attempt to be overtly welcoming. She also looks like she doesn't trust woman around her husband God forbid you greet him like a normal person. She'll sit there with a steel face on, shooting daggers out of the corners of her eyes. He did my pedicure once, which was decent, but I was cringing the whole time because she obviously wanted to choke him, and me out. Why have him there?!?!? The last time I visited she started my manicure, and then passed it off to Kim, thank God, because at least Kim smiles slightly. But not before telling me it wasn't because of my diabetes that I shouldn't get acrylic/gel nails its because my nails are sensitive....Well, Dr. What are you doing here at a nail salon? We need you at the clinic. NS Sherlock, why do you think my nails are sensitive? Diabetes.... Yeah. And, if you're going to step away from a manicure mid-stream to challenge your phone/cable bill please do it in the back office. I even know your account # now.

I went to this salon because my first experience with them was very positive, but when I went there last night it was truly one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I came in around 6:30. Not a single person said hello or asked how I was. They ushered me back to a woman named Kim who was going to do my manicure. I had recently gotten married and had gel french manicure that needed to be removed. Kim argued with me about whether or not they were gel, which they were. She continued to argue about it for 30 minutes and laughed at me about it. After saying out loud that I was very uncomfortable and that this was a bad experience, STILL not a single person asked how I was. Rather, the man who was working came over and asked his employee if she was okay.....even after I verbally said I was uncomfortable multiple times. I asked for a water, they ignored me. I specifically asked a woman (who was ignoring me and on her phone instead) if I could have a water, and she still would not even look up. Finally the man came over and gave me one. Mind you, they are still arguing about the gel nails and laughing at me. To top it off, two more customers come in and they say hello AND even ask how they are doing... which they wouldnt even do for me. Then, what really upset me was that as soon as Kim was done....she left for the evening. She didn't even wait until my nails were done drying. Im sorry, but if I was at a restaurant...I would not think it was okay for my server to leave before I did. My nails were done horribly.... it's been a day and they've already broken. Needless to say I will never be back and I really hope that no one else gets treated this way. I left truly upset and even verbalized this on multiple occasions and they didn't even care.
