The first time I went here I had an appointment for a gel manicure but had to wait about 15 min past my appointment time. I had plenty of time to pick my color and the lady who did my nails was nice and did a good job. The second time I went I was disappointed and found a new place to go to. I was very rushed in picking a color and when I sat down the lady doing my nails asked where I had gotten them done before, as if they weren’t done nicely. I told her I got them done there and she wanted to know who did them. It seemed like she did not approve of the past work but she herself ended up rushing my gel manicure and did not let them dry properly. The manicure was smudged and I was not happy with the final result. Won’t go back there again.

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened. Cleanliness is important to me as well as good service. I always have the same nail technicians and I have been happy with their services.

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD! I've been going to the salon for about 1 1/2 yrs. I purchased a $50 gift card for my friend's 50th birthday. She went in to use the card and they told her it was invalid. She had the receipt from the purchase of the card and the number on the gift number card matched the number on the receipt! The said the card was invalid and my friend ended up having paying for the service. How embarrassing for me! I drove over 20 minutes later with my credit card statement. I don't know where the mix up happened on their end, but I had the gift card, a paper receipt where the number matched the gift card, and my credit card statement showing the purchase. The owner still said the card was invalid. Wow! If an owner of a store has a regular customer, good business sense says it's not worth $50 to loose a customer. I do not trust this company. The owner was extremely rude. I will never go back. There are too many salons that want my business and will treat me with courtesy and respect.

Love them, Lisa does a great job every time. The salon is clean with many gel colors to select from... great place!
