Tom Van didn't take all the previous color acrylic leaving the edges under done. The nails were shaped improperly. They were left uneven and crappy looking with the previous color showing around the edges. The keep it dark inside to the detriment of the quality of the job supposedly being performed. I came back to address the issue and they claimed to not know the managers schedule. Furthermore the "tech" who worked on my hands refused to address my issues with his poor job. Also I dropped money in the location and of course nobody knew what happened to it. Eventhough I was the last customer of the evening. Never going back. Just horrible.

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one today. This salon looks great on the inside but does a very very poor job. My nails are uneven. The quality of work is poor. It was overpriced for such bad quality of work. Waste of money and time. The technician was highly distracted and was rushing. I do not recommend! Don’t wast your money here.

Very clean in friendly place! They do a Great job on your nail with polish that last! They offer you wine for a relaxing visit

Run if you get SNOW. Doesn't pay attention to her job and when you tell her to fix something, she shows you an incredible amount of attitude! Hates conversation and looks like she hates her life overall. I told her to fix the same thing 3 times and all she did was say okay and then send me to dry my nails at the table WITHOUT fixing the nail. Afterwards, I found a chip and she did not fix it. In fact, directed me to someone else who stopped in the middle of his service to fix the mistake. One lady was sitting in front of me drying her nails and was charged $28 more than the original price they stated. THIEFS, LAZY, HORRIBLE.. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

I never write reviews but this salon did a very poor job I could not stand my pedicure. I had to tell the nail tech what to do and the color. Quality was very poor . Would never go to again .
