We have not had hot water in a MONTH. How is one supposed to live, bathe, and wash dishes with no hot water. I have been sick and these cold showers are not helping. Having to boil or microwave your washcloths to bathe is unacceptable. Management has been in no hurry to address the situation. At least 2 buildings are experiencing this issue. Maintenance has come out twice whe we've been at work and said the temp was 125 degrees, which is a lie. Not only that, I PAY for a 2 bathroom apartment and 1 toilet has not flushed since moving in 4 months ago. $1400 a month for this?! I am looking into legal action.

The grass is so tall in the complex that I lost my dog in the thicket. This place is a joke, I'm embarrassed to live here.

The automatic payment system stopped working and made my payment 3 days late. I only found out because I got an eviction notice on day three. Seems insane that they try to evict a tenant after two years of perfect payment three days after their own system breaks.

I am very excited to live here. When I came in, I had great service, and the manager got up from her office to introduce herself to me! I'm particular with my living situation, so I was relieved how helpful and welcoming they were. The place got a huge face-lift since I lived there more than three years ago. Beautiful renovations were done to the apartments, yards, pools, etc. and I left knowing I made a good decision.
