I had been going here to get my nails done for about a year and had a few issues with Andy because he never listened or paid attention to what I wanted. But if anyone else did my nails I had no problem. After the last time, I will NEVER go back. First of all, I got stuck with Andy again, after I asked to wait for someone else, they insisted everyone else has appointments, and now I know why. He made me get a color I hated to cover the white on my previously done pink and white just so he didn’t have to scrape it off. Then instead of checking for lifting or bubbles under my nails, which means moisture may get in, he did the fill. Not even two weeks later, I went to another nail salon only to find out my worst nightmare, the moisture I was afraid was there did in fact cause fungus to start growing under the acrylic nails. Had he paid attention to this or anything else, he would have caught this and been able to prevent it. But I found that all they care about is money. Andy needs to be fired and prevented from working on anyone else’s nails or feet until he is made to care or be more careful. Classy Nails should be ashamed of themselves and they are going to lose a lot of business because of neglect.

before today I would have given this place 4 or 5 stars but I was very unhappy with the way my mom and I were treated. We went in for pedicures and Andy did my moms pedicure (no issues with the lady that did my pedicure). First issue; the pedicure tub liner that they use came off by accident and instead of just putting a new liner on he wanted to just go without one. My mom asked if he could put one on and he got an attitude because he had to walk back and get a new one. Second issue; every time he turned on the water during my moms pedicure it was only the hot water so it burnt her feet and legs. She'd politely tell him it was too hot so then he'd turn it on just the cold water. Third and final issue with Andy; pedicures are done and we are sitting over at the drying table. It was us and another lady sitting there when Andy walks over with 2 other ladies; (mind you, there are still 2 seats left) he comes up behind me, doesn't say a word and starts touching my toes, says "these are dry" to which I reply "I know, but we are sitting here talking" then he goes and does the same to my mom. So at this point I'm over being treated terribly by this guy; I get up and say "well I guess we are being kicked out" and he says "okay thank you" Moral of the story; DO NOT HAVE ANDY DO YOUR NAILS UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TREATED POORLY.

I’ve been coming here on and off for a couple years. Customer service is great and every technician I’ve had has done a great job, though I’ll admit Aaron is my favorite! Definitely make an appointment if you plan on coming after work or on the weekend. They get very busy. Also, they’ve recently changed over to cash only tips, but if you pay for the whole service in cash you get a discount anyway so it’s worth it!

Really disappointed in my experience. I think the nail tech who worked on my nails was an amateur. They did not do a good job. Not even a week later,the acrylic nails started breaking off.

They did a great job of hosting our bridal party! Make sure you bring cash for tips they won't let you put it on your card.
