Thank you America for my amazing micro-bladed eyebrows!! This is my second retouch-up (after my initial session) and I couldn't be happier with the results! She walks you throw every step of the way and the facility is really nice and clean! I always get compliments on my eyebrows so I highly recommend her!!

I called ahead to make an appointment, and asked for a trim as well as a deep conditioning treatment if there was time. The receptionist told me to come in at 12:30, and that there would be time for both of these services. I arrived a few minutes early, and the receptionist told me my hair dresser was at a dentist appointment, and wouldn't be in until 1. Luckily I wasn't in any rush.
I arrived again a few minutes early, and my hair dresser (I think her name is Cynthia) still was a few minutes late getting me to her chair. There was no friendly welcome on her end, and I immediately felt awkward and couldn't wait to leave. She never apologized for not being on time, and making me wait over 30 mins for my scheduled appointment. She had no interest in me, hardly asked any questions, etc. I couldn't understand what she was saying, because she spoke unclearly. I showed her how much of my hair I wanted trimmed.. and she said, "ok" and took me to the back to get my hair washed/deep conditioned.
The deep conditioning treatment was not pleasant. It smelled like CHEAP PRODUCT. A towel around my neck dropped off the floor, I accidentally stepped on it.. and she proceeded to pick it up off the ground, and put it around my shoulders again. GROSS!
She left me there for about 25-30 mins, didn't ask if I wanted any water or magazines or anything while I waited.. Just no sense of Customer Service. I felt like I was a burden honestly.
Then she brought me back to her chair, and her daughter (or some child she knew) was sitting there while I stood there waiting for her to move. NOT a huge deal to me, but in the mix of things it was just another thing that was not professional.
She mumbled something, and I said, "what?" I just couldn't understand what she was saying.. maybe it's my 26 year old bad hearing?...
So I AGAIN lifted my hair up, and showed her how much I wanted trimmed off. (At this point, I could only guess what she asked.)
She blew dry my hair, and said, "Ok we're done."
???
Walked me up to the front, and I started questioning her asking how much she trimmed. (I knew she didn't trim any.) She said, "you said not to." This was in front of the receptionist now. I said, "No I called and asked for a trim and a deep conditioning treatment, I told you twice that I wanted a certain amount cut off- AND showed you." The hair stylist was arguing with me saying I never said I wanted a trim...... Then said, "Thank you." and walked away.
I ended up paying for the deep conditioning treatment. I wish I NEVER WENT HERE. Waste of money, time, and I feel like my hair is worse then when I came in to begin with.. it smells so disgusting.

Hands down for the best Salon and costumer service ever ! I had such a great experience at Zen Salon , I walked in with no appointment desperate to get my hair back to normal because I had done it myself a night before and it came out horrible son I was looking for a hair salon who would do a good job but to all the places I went I needed an appointment, so I thankfully found Zen Salon and Connie greeted me and I told her my story she’s said they were going to help me and they did Cynthia and America are the best , I am so thankful with them they do such a great job and the costumer service is GREAT ! America usted es un amor ! Nunca cambie su forma de ser ni sus servicios ! Muchas gracias alas 3 AMERICA , CYNTHIA , CONNIE !!! I recommend this place 100%

America Covarrubias did an A-MAZE-ING job on my upper and lower permanent eyeliner. I had it done before, elsewhere, but this experience and the results were much better. She was generous with the numbing gel, reapplying half way through, so I felt no pain, only pressure and vibration. I've received compliments from many people, saying it looks very good and natural. Recommend America highly.

Cynthia is awesome!! I can’t wait for my touch up I did my eyebrow and up and down eyeliner!
