I can't imagine any bad reviews - the team always tries to make room for you and accommodate. They do not like saying, "no" so that might mean you have to wait if you are a walk in. I do bring my own polish because I buy expensive stuff and if your polish chips to soon or there is an issue they will always fix it - my suggestion is if you had a bad experience you tell them and give them a chance to resolve it - sometimes we are quick to focus on the negative. I've been going here for well over 7 years. Also, we speak many languages in this country and hearing one other than English shouldn't affect your experience or review

Horrible experience. I went in and asked for a full set and pedicure, and paid $70 to have special polish and gel. The man that did my feet took an hour and a half, and the woman that did my full set still had to fix my toes because he didn't do them right, which made my visit last about 2 & half hours. Not even a whole week of having my full set, my nails are popping off and breaking in half. And my toenail polish is already chipping. I called her and asked for a refund or at least for her to fix them for free and she refused to do either one, stating that none of her customers have had this experience, but now that I'm looking at all the other reviews, I'm pretty sure that was a lie. Save your money. I've gone to even cheaper nail shops and my nails have definitely lasted me longer than 4 days. Any good review on this place has to be a fake review from one of the workers because no one in their right mind would recommend this place.

I have been coming to this place for over two years now. I have never had a problem or seen anyone of their customers have one. They always do my nails perfectly. I especially love the pedicure as they have a massage chair to work on your back while you relax and get your feet massaged and toes painted. They even do special designs on your nails done expertly by hand. I even get my eyebrows done here and they look great. As a side note, they understand English just fine despite previous reviews.

The service was not so good I hate when they talk in there language over your conversation feels awkward when you get your feet done suppose to be relaxing not hurt first time there and my last

Horrible experience!!! Very bad customer service. Will never ever go there again.
