I HATE that I’m having to leave this review, I usually love coming here and they always do a great job. However this time I was there for an hour and a half for just getting old “dip” nails removed and a new set of “dip” nails back on. It usually takes 45 to an hour to do these at most. The first half of the service the lady was extremely slow, but I understand that some people just work slower than others. She was able to finish one hand and they looked pretty decent. But, then another person came over and RUSHED my nails. I’m left with one hand looking good and the other looking very uneven and the lengths don’t match the other hand. They also messed up the top coating and some places at bloatchy. I’m just really disappointed and hope this was just a one time instance.

My friend and I visited the salon this week. This had to be the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. They rushed through everything and was very rough. After I left I still had dry skin and some of my nails weren’t completely polished. I definitely will not be coming back here. There was a lack of customer service but the salon was pretty and clean.

I had been going to this place for almost 3 years. It was good for the most part up until recently. The techs have become rude and impatient. Last time I got a pedi I developed a rash (which I still have ) on the bottoms of both my feet. After today I will not be returning .. They use to value my business but not anymore..

I am usually not a picky person. But I have gone to many nail salons and this experience has been very disappointing. The lady who did my nails made me bleed on five different fingers. My fingers are throbbing right now. I didn’t know you could mess up dip nails so badly. The dip is very thick and uneven. My nails are different lengths and they look terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My third time. I like tp visit a place several times before passing judgment.
Ok, so the good first: Jilana was amazing and did just what I needed for my nails and waxing! In fact, most of the techs are great! I have been here when Philip was in charge and he is so friendly, the customers and staff love him. He greets every customer and shows that he respects both customers and staff.
Bad: The guy Henry at the front desk. I said good morning and smiled when I walked in. He did not smile at anyone the entire time I was there (2 hours) and said to me, "what do you want?" , in a rude tone. I watched him time after time; rush customers and employees, yell at the techs in front of customers, ignore customers, argue over prices with employees and customers in a rude manner, and never greeted a customer. He is very disrespectful and condescending to the employees and there is a distinct difference in how he treats his male and female staff. He will cost this business many customers as I watched many people leave unhappy because of his rudeness and disrespect!
As for me: I will return to the techs I like there but will call before to make sure Henry is not working the front desk. He creates a horrible working environment for the techs and the customers suffer because of it!
