Is there a way to not even rate them at all? Walked in and asked if they could take off my acrylics, 3 ladies were sitting down relaxing and said no. I said what do you mean?? (A nail place that doesn’t take off acrylics???) ANYWAYS... after a min they said to sit down, the lady that took off my nails basically just clipped them off bit by bit, almost cut off and ripped my actual nails off twice, cut my finger, by the time she actually took all the them off it looked horrible. She filed it down a little and brushed on a clear coat and sent me on my way. Horrible.

They messed up my eyebrows. The woman who was waxing my eyebrows told me I had a hairy upper lip and said it needed to be waxed. I told her no and she did it any way and charged me $11 for it. They kept telling me and my mom are nails and feet were gross which they absolutely were not. They kept insulting me and they overcharge. I will never go back to this place ever again.

Ok so you sit and wait to have your nails done and someone else walks in with an appt and they tell you to go shop...WHAT? Why wasn't I told he already had a 1000 appt....lots of salons out there....this one isn't that special to top it off DIRTY AND JUST LOOKS UNSANITARY

worst customer service, they always charge like $30 when a refill is $15 and they even ask for tips when the job they have done is terrible. Don’t recommend this place. Be aware of what they charge you. The owner is the first one you should be aware of!!!

Fist time there and all I can say is, terrible, terrible, terrible service! The lady who did my nails was so rough and did such a poor job. I ended up with crooked, ugly, uneven nails. Her customer service was just as bad, not once did she ask me any questions on what I wanted or a simple how are you doing, but of course she still had to nerve to ask for a tip after still charging me $40 for full acrylic nail set that looks like a 3 year old did the job. Needless to say, I will never return and I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone.
