Not worth 1 star! I went her for the first time 3 weeks ago. The girl Nacie did a great job on my feet and Michelle did an ok job on my SNS color powder manicure but burned my eye lid when waxing my eyebrows. I had a blister for a few days but had the attitude that "accidents happen" and made an appointment with Nacie and Michelle for today but only for mani and pedi no eyebrows! WELL apparently they don't follow appointments - they don't even have an appointment book or calendar in the place.
When I walked in and said I had an appointment for a pedi with Nacie and a mani with Michelle they looked at me like I was crazy and sat me down in the chair for someone else to do my pedi! So I said that is not Nacie - I made an appointment with Nacie- they said Nacie was busy with another customer so I said I would wait for her and I did. She does my pedicure and when it's time to polish she walks away and goes and starts on another customer & Michelle sits down to do my polish. I was like WTH? I asked to speak to the owner/manager and she was clueless about what I was explaining about how making an appointment works that you just don't walk away from the customer in the middle of the service! Her excuse made no sense so I just let the girl polish my nails so I could move on. The last time I was there they suggested the SNS color powder and said that you just have to soak for 15 minutes and it slides right off. Well today I soaked for over an hour and it didn't slide right off. Michelle kept picking at it and trying to file the remains off totally messing up my own nails! I was livid and told her that I don't want to go through this process again but she messed my own nails up so bad that I got pissed and told her to just do a regular manicure so that I could just leave! My own nails now are very brittle and not smooth which has caused the nail polish to be not smooth and seep into the ridges on my nails! I'm was so pissed that I did not tip and I walked out when I was dry never to walk back in. They are very unprofessional and ruined my nails!

This was my first time there,I think they did a decent job and a good atmosphere plus it is close to my house

Duplicate SNS powder had to go to the doctor. If you go there Don't get t SNS powder

They are so accommodating and professional. In addition, I left my wallet with all my credit cards, ID, license ...and they held it safe until I realized I may have left it there. Feels so good when loyalty and kindness pays off!!!
