I had an appointment next door but decided I would try this place out since I was in the area. Upon entering, I was greeted and made a last-minute appointment in an hour. I came back and had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time, but it was a last minute appointment so that was fine. Tom did an AMAZING job on my gel manicure and pedicure, and he was so thorough even though both only took an hour and a half! The place is very large, and clean, and is very visually appealing. The pricing is also very reasonable, and they have a large gel color selection. Even though I live half an hour away, I will definitely be making this place my regular nail salon!

Even though the place was bustling, I was given a friendly greeting right away. I loved the attention to detail the manicurist took while cutting my cuticles since I'm pretty particular about neat cuticles. The atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing. Couldn't be more pleased:)

I love KT Nails. They are very clean inside and they are very quick. And the most important thing to me is that they have matching gel polish to regular polish. I can have my toes and nails done in the same color.

Third time getting my nails done there. They all do a nice job. Tu does a great job and he's fast. Pedicures are wonderful, of course.

I went there to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure about a week ago. While I was getting my pedicure done by a man, a lady began to do my manicure at the same time. I wondered why they were doing this as the place was not busy at the time. The lady doing my manicure did it in a rush, not to mention she had my arms stretched across and reaching since I was still sitting in the pedicure chair. This resulted in a sloppy gel manicure. Two or three days after both the manicure and the pedicure began to peel off. I went back to see if they could fix it and they ended up just adding more coats of gel to the already existing (AND peeling) manicure. As she proceeded to fix my pedicure and do the SAME thing (just paint on top of the chipped and peeled off nail polish) I told her to do a full pedicure and I’d pay for it if I had to. Worst experience at a nail salon by far. No attention to detail or customer satisfaction. Wasted my money and my time.
