Katy was amazing!! From the moment I walked in she was so sweet and even helped me pick out a color. She offered me some water and we had a great time while she was working on my sns fills. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering her. I’ve been to a few nails salons in round rock and this place wow’d me from start to finish! Will definitely be back and bring my friends!! Thanks Katy!

I have been going to Polly for several years and have never been treated like this. I had set an appointment 4 days ago with Polly. When I get there today, she was late and tells me she can only do one of the services I had set the appointment for. I take time off work to get this appointment, that’s why I make them in advance. Besides I asked her if anyone else could do my pedicure, she stated no, but 2 other people enter with no appointment and got services done while I was there. Very disappointed in my treatment today.

The maneger it’s not professional She gets bad service to my mom because she don’t speak inglés and when I come she says that they are very busy and it’s not the first time this the 3 time she’s says the something
