If I could rate this place a 0. I definitely would. I’m from New York, I flew in yesterday. I just went to this place to get a full in. I walked in and asked for a full in. The lady tried to convince me to get a full set. I told her I just got the nails put on last week and I did not need to get a full set just a full in. A man stood up and said its $17, you pay $17 or you don’t get nails done. I said excuse me, that’s no way you talk to a customer. Their service was rude, degrading and completely upsetting. I’ve never experienced such horrible service from a nail salon before. I would never go back there again. They treat their customers horribly. I could only imagine what horrible work they must do on people’s nails.

The lady was the main lady in charge. She charged my mom $30 to do a fill-in and gel and asked her if she wanted glitter and when my mom said yes after she was done she told my mom it was $2 extra. Then she did mine rushed. I got coffin shape and none of my nails are the same shape and she put like 6 coats of gel polish and was so rough that my fingers are literally sore. I have glue residue around my nails also she took extremely long just to do a horrible job. I did not get her name but she was the worst. I will definitely never be back.

She completely butchered my eyebrows.. When I pointed out that they didn't match she added in pencil but they're completely uneven & half of one eyebrow is GONE. I wish I was kidding.
