Got the $40 pedicure from Kevin. Haven't had a pedi for a few years. LOVED every second. Felt great and he made ugly feet more than presentable. I have on sandals WITHOUT socks.

Went for a quick manicure during my 1 1/2 hour break. It seemed busy but a man sat me down at his table. He took my current polish off, then got up.He proceeded to help 3 other women, then went into the back room. After 15 minutes finally he returned, I asked him if he was doing my manicure. He proceeded to rant at me about how he had to make a call. Now, I have been there for 25 minutes. I told him I was on a break, he then said to me that the next time I come back it should be after work! There will NEVER be a next time! Unbelievably rude!

Aweful place! So expensive, $35.00 for a fill that look rediculous! My nails look so aweful!!!! Never again will I go to this place nor recommend anyone to go.my nails have NEVER looked so bad

While I quite honestly enjoy the job I got done on my nails, I found my experience at the store lacking. I do not get my nails done very often and decided to try out gel nails for the first time while I was there. I made sure to let the employee know from the start that I was partly deaf and would need her to speak up throughout my visit (and continued to remind her several times during my time there) so I could hear her. Despite this, she would still speak very very quietly and would be become quickly frustrated when I did not follow her instructions because I could not hear her. During my whole time there, another male employee stood beside her watching us and they continued chatting back and forth in another language and laughing when I became tense or did something wrong which made the experience all the more uncomfortable. The icing on the cake to the whole trip was towards the end when my nails were finished, the woman asked if I wanted anything else done. I declined since I had somewhere I needed to be and she still tried to sell me on getting my eyebrows done. I declined again and she grimaced and said "Are you sure? You really need it.", instantly turning me off to any good part left to the experience. While I still enjoy how my nails came out and will probably continue to get gels in the future, I don't see myself returning to this store in particular.

The tech who did my nails was an awesome conversationalists, polite and also just interesting. We talked a lot of communist politics due to her being from vietnam and my family from Cuba. She also did killer nails. I also feel horrible that they only accept cash tips, otherwise she would have gotten 20 precent. Never get my nails done but will go back to her loved her.
