I used to LOVE this nail salon, but not anymore. Years ago the owner did my nails for my wedding and they looked wonderful. She was also very polite and professional, and she still is. This nail salon used to have great service, but not anymore. I felt like I was an inconvenience. The man who did my acrylic fill was watching something on his phone the entire time and couldn't care less about asking me about the shape or length of my nails. He did not ask me to wash my hands to remove all the acrylic dust that was buffed off and instead proceeded to apply a top coat to my dusty hands. When he put cuticle oil on my nails, he did so almost aggressively, like he was angry about something. By the end, I almost wanted to apologize because It seemed like he was upset to have me as a client. I hate leaving bad reviews but I kind of felt like I had to this time. I am so sad and I REALLY hope that Famous Nails becomes my favorite nail salon again, but for now I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

My favorite nail salon. All of the employees are kind and talented. They are always busy because they are so good at what they do. Never wait too long. No appointment needed. Just go and be happy that you did.

Very professional staff. Colors abound for any nail polish or style you want. Pedicure service is A 1 Top notch.

Although they do a good job.. they are EXPENSIVE and inconsistent with their prices. They don’t respect your time either, I sat down at least 40 mins before 2 different girls sat down and got 2 sets of acrylics done before I even washed my hands, to start painting my nails. Ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

I don’t like how the prices are inconsistent. They don’t have prices up deliberately cause she charges whatever she feels like that day. She also does you nails however she feel like that day. Some days good, some days they’re okay. You get charged whatever the feel like that day. A lot good nails techs have left. When ask about prices, will ignore you deliberately. You have to wait hours to get your nails done, so expect to be there a half a day. I always wait there hours and I’ve seen her give free gift cards to people who wait less time than me and spend less than me. “Certain” costumers get preferential treatment. It’s always stressful when it should be relaxing. She can be very rude sometimes.I left and I’m not coming back!! I found someone who is attentive and fair. I’ll spend my money where I don’t feel I’m being taking advantage of. They’re starting get a bad reputation around town.
