There were roaches. ROACHES! Now, I recently moved to the Cypress area and have been to 3 or 4 nail spots trying to find someone who can get my pedicure right like the place I used to go to. Millen Nails was by far THE worst! Let me tell you a few things about my standards first...I don't have many! I know that not all places use a new set of tools for every customer and I've never had a problem with it. But at least be GOOD at using those tools! The lady was taking skin ABOVE my cuticle off...which hurts! And she didn't even try to get the dead/extra skin around my nails off. My feet looked better before I went in. Never again, and the search continues.

I literally just paid to leave. I came in to get my acrylic nails taken off. Most nail shops will soak the nails off in acetone..not this place! The nail tech picked my nails off with clippers (something I could’ve done at home). She broke one of my natural nails down so low it started bleeding. Then she shoved it into acetone causing it to burn. This was my first and last experience at this nail salon. I paid full price and walked away with two of my acrylic nails still on, my natural nails jagged, and a painful broken nail. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

They always make me feel like I matter. I've been to much more expensive salons in the area and have been treated like cattle. At Millen Nails they remember me and ask about my family. They care about their customers. I won't go back to the other salons in the area. Millen is the only place for me.

Love getting pedicure and nails done here. All ladies are very nice and friendly 😍 they will tell you what you need done and never overcharged you things that you don't need to get done at the time 💋
