My daughter and I went in to get our nails done this past Wednesday. I had my acyrilics done by Jason/ he was funny and nice during service. I waited for my nails to be dry before I left and got Jason’s approval that they were good to go prior to leaving. Within an hour of me leaving three nails on each hand had smudged paint. I had to wait till the next day to call because they were closed and I informed them what happened and they said to come in and they would fix it. Great! So I told them it would have to be during the weekend because I work full time. The next day one of my acrylics broke and the following day I noticed more paint off the other nails so my hands just look a hot mess. This upsets me because this should have never happened and it says something about the quality of materials they use. I have an office job so the wear they are showing is not related to me. I called today and tried to explain to Jason over the phone that within an hour of having my nails done 6 nails were smudged, within a day of having my nails done one broke and a day after that more paint smudged off and now I have to be inconvenienced to come in and fix all of my nails and sit and wait for them to dry ( we are now talking about an hour to an hour half of my free time wasted to correct an issue that is not my fault) so I asked him if he would be willing to use the gel polish instead that way I don’t have to sit and wait to dry them (since it’s not my fault!) and so I know it won’t smear in a day like before (which would result in more of my time wasted) he started arguing with me and telling me he has a lot of customers waiting on him that me not having time shouldn’t be put on them and that they will fix it but I am trying to get different services and they aren’t going to do it. He said come in when I have time and he will fix it but he isn’t going to argue with me. I was not trying to argue I was trying to speak to him so he would understand my frustration with having to waste more of my time and I won’t even know if the same thing will happen again once I do because I obviously do not trust the service so I was suggesting a solution (gel polish) not to get an upgraded service but because it is the right thing to do when low quality service was provided resulting in me having to go back and waste time fixing it. I would include a picture in this review if it allowed me to back up what I am saying (I offered to text him one but he refused) but you can find the photo on yelp. Needless to say I am never going back not even to fix it because I rather eat the cost then waste more of my time when I cannot be guaranteed the issue will be corrected.

Beware!!!
Update: This place caused a nail fungus to develop on my big toe.
I am absolutely furious as I've read this is very difficult to get rid of completely.
Stay away from this salon, as they are NOT sanitizing properly!

Christine is the best! The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly. Awesome color selections and complimentary wine. You can’t beat it 👌🏻

Yes I went to a nail salon to get help repairing a split nail. Jason did a fantastic job. Wife goes here every week for nails or pedicure and will go nowhere else. Not sure what the off comments are as they treat you with the utmost respect, they are fun, attentive and caring. Jason is the owner and just a great guy.

Spike was the best for my pedi...he really helped me with ingrown toenail...took time with me...my feet look the best ever...
