The quality of customer service was ridiculous. Prior to beginning asked for 4 pedicures, was told they could accommodate and then while the 4th member was waiting for their pedicure, they decided to take another customer and skip over ours. Then asked for an eyebrow wax and was told yes and then ignored and not provided that service. No reason from management nor workers as to why they’re picking and choosing who they do or do not provide services too.
