Went in to get my ends trimmed, first young lady was great but unfortunately on mother's day her partner wasn't feeling it.. her attitude & customer service was terrible. Needless to say I walked out.

Just wanted to say, a Big Thank You to Hope!
I explained to her with a pic, what style I was looking to get close to! She ended up giving me my own style which turned out to be even better!
It's been over ten years since I've been to any salon or barber! Would usually just cut it myself with clippers!
I'm glad I let my lady talk me into going to the salon!
It took me weeks, of searching until I decided to try Regis!
I'm really glad I did!! I think I've found my new stylist!!

The people were super friendly, and the haircut I got was alright. I wanted a cheap trim for my pixie cut, it was mostly fine but I think the guy slipped up and accidentally took out a chunk from the right side of my bangs (it was an inch shorter than the rest of the front, and cut flat across. At least my friends got a kick out of it)
