Lady who did my refill was extremely rude, rushed through the process and had an attitude.
Two days after my nails were done I had to return because all the gems fell off, which I paid extra for.
Because she was so impatient she wouldn’t even let the gel dry completely
She also charged me to fix her own mistake.
I would let Ronald McDonald do my nails before I ever went back to this place with their terrible service. If I could, I’d give them 0 stars.

I went to this nail salon 3 times to fairly judge it. I got acrylics and within four days of getting them the first & second time two nails FELL OFF! On top of that the male nail technician is SO RUDE, he told me someone who has no job that because I lived in Danville I was rich enough to pay his prices! Then on top of all that I made an appointment over then phone and then when I drove to the nail salon IT WAS COMPLETELY CLOSED AND NO ONE WAS INSIDE!!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE NAIL PLACE (they don’t even do a good job, my nails were always crooked)!!!!!

I love this salon they people are friendly, and entertaining, they even had a male worker which I thought was a refreshing change! I loved my nails they stayed on for so long! And they looked amazing even up to the week before I took them off, I got an acrylic set with color changing gel polish over it, it was so beautiful! They would normally look ombré but when it got really cold it would be dark blue and when it was warm they got lavander colored. I've gotten my nails done by many different salons and none where as good as these guys and I actually was satisfied and I didn't need to correct them or go home and fix something.

I made an appointment ahead of time and still ended up waiting over 20 minutes. I expressed my disappointment to the owner, Tommy, and he was arrogant and rude. Also, no AC in the summer in San Ramon is not pleasant. Fortunately I have many other options and will not return there.
